Very beautiful and unique Russian Lacquer box was handpainted in Fedoskino village by A.Parmenov. It depicts magestic bird perched on stamp of the old tree in the meadow of a summer forest in the background. It appears that the falcon kisses the sun before the sun dissapears below the horizon. the box has an interesting shape and adorned with intricate golden ornsments on each side and on the lid. It is signed by the artist on the lower left side 0f the lid.

The artwork is 4x4" and 4.5 inches tall.
